OC commission for Ryan Cochrane. This is the antagonist of a character I did a while back called Blood Knight. This evil gal in particular is said to be a super power dealer (who doesn't mind trying out some of those on herself). Had a lot of fun with this one, trying to tie her visually to her nemessis.
